1. Who We Are
Destination Wedding Planners is the luxury romance division of Travel Time Agency. Your advisor, Lois Barbour, CTC, ECC, DWS, is a verified Virtuoso travel advisor operating through Travel Time Agency. By using this website or engaging our advisory services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Role as a Travel Advisor
We are an independent travel advisory. We are not a resort, tour operator, airline, or on-site event planner, decorator, or florist. We do not design or execute day-of wedding styling — that work is performed by each resort's own in-house wedding team. Our role is to match you with a resort, negotiate contract terms, room concessions, and group logistics on your behalf, and coordinate travel arrangements.
3. Third-Party Services
Resorts, airlines, ground transportation providers, and other vendors named or linked on this site are independent businesses. Their own terms, cancellation policies, and legal requirements govern your booking with them. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or changes to their pricing, availability, or policies.
4. Pricing & Availability
Resort pricing, room concessions, and contract terms are subject to availability and change without notice until formally confirmed in writing. Nothing on this site constitutes a guaranteed rate or reservation.
5. Travel Documentation & Legal Requirements
It is each traveler's responsibility to confirm current passport, visa, and marriage-legality requirements for their destination and citizenship before booking travel. Requirements referenced on this site are provided as general guidance and can change; we confirm current requirements with each resort as part of planning your specific wedding.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Time Agency and Destination Wedding Planners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your travel booking, including delays, cancellations, or acts of third-party vendors.
7. Intellectual Property
The content on this site, excluding resort and vendor photography used with permission, belongs to Destination Wedding Planners and Travel Time Agency and may not be reproduced without consent.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the law of your jurisdiction as a consumer.
